Acupressure and Jin Shin Jyutsu®
Acupressure is an ancient system of energetic bodywork which works with the same system of points and meridians used in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The primary difference is an acupressure session does not use needles, but instead works with healing touch.
Jin Shin JyutsuⓇ is also a form of energy work, which harmonizes life/light force of the body. Jin Shin JyutsuⓇ in an ancient healing art from Japan, which was rediscovered by Juro Muri and brought to the West by Mary Burmeister.
During these sessions, you lay on the massage table fully clothed and receive light to firm touch on certain points of your body to open the your body’s flow of energy.
While receiving acupressure and Jin Shin JyutsuⓇ, my clients report feeling deeply relaxed and often will fall asleep. Afterwards they feel decreased tension and pain in their bodies, they feel more energized, peaceful, calm and grounded and experience increased mental clarity and spiritual insight.

Over the years I have incorporated other modalities into my bodywork sessions including: meditatIon and guided imagery, crystal healing, dreamwork, prayer and energetic cleansing. Regular Acupressure and Jin Shin JyutsuⓇ sessions can help to harmonize your entire being, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Rates do not include the cost of herbs or shipping.

Initial herbal consultation, $200
1.5 hour consult + formulation & email follow up

Herbal follow-up or single session, $115
60 minutes

Four sessions package, $500
(or one initial herbal consultation and three follow-up sessions)
($45 savings)
Seven one hour sessions package, $800
(or one initial herbal consultation and six follow-up sessions)
($90 savings)

I offer a few sliding scale appointments per month.

Packages will be designed specifically for your needs and may include any or all or the services offered.

For all appointments, payment is requested at the time of service. Packages must be paid for completely by the first visit. We accept payments in cash, check, credit card, Venmo and PayPal.

Phone or Zoom Clients: All services are available online except for Jin Shin Jyutsu® and acupressure.
